| InTrain was established in 1995 as a result of a successful tender by the Careers Services in the Northwest to what was then the Department for Education & Employment. InTrain was one of three organisations in England that was given the opportunity to trial the NVQ Level 4 Guidance as an alternative to the Diploma in Careers Guidance. Funding was provided for three years to support 150 trainee Careers Advisers to achieve the NVQ. Initial success led to the establishment of InTrain as a limited company in August 2002. Over the past fifteen years InTrain has developed a reputation as a specialist in delivering high-quality assessment, training and personal development for staff at all levels in both the private and public sector. We also offer expert consultancy services to an impressive portfolio of clients. |
| InTrain is now a trading name of Better Choices Ltd., which also trades as Careers Solutions, which is part of the Manchester Solutions Group. The training consultancy's staff can help an organisation, providing structured courses, bespoke programmes and one-to-one tuition on a range of topics, delivered in a way that meets the needs of both its employees and the business. Consultants at InTrain can also offer advice to help create a robust training schedule - offering support to define an organisation's training needs and then providing clear costings and full course details to develop a suitable programme, as well as training the trainers. With an established reputation for providing excellence in training to agencies and support services, InTrain has an impressive portfolio - boasting clients like nextstep, Connexions, Integrated Youth Support Services and careers companies as well as private sector organisations. InTrain has secured a reputation as one of the leading providers of professional development services to organisations and individuals in the social care, education, information, advice and guidance arena. So whether a company is looking for accredited training like NVQs, non-accredited staff development programmes or a tailor-made course to meet organisational needs - the company's professionally qualified Consultants can help find the right approach. |
